Signs rear motor mount is bad????

Folks are there any sounds etc that the car makes that let you know the RMM is bad? I already replaced the passenger and tranny mount about 7mths ago. I'm starting to notice some similar noises and was thinking it may the rear mount. I know I gotta get under it and looks for signs of leakage, but just needed to know if there are other tell tale signs the rear is bad.

It's vibrating at take off and it's moving sluggish at lower rpm's. Like it's struggling to get moving.
