Folks,

Finally installed my Koni yellows on my Speed3 with the stock springs. What is generally the recommended settings for the Konis? I have heard for daily driving and occasional autocross that I should set them mid-way. Any other opinions?

The same settings on two shocks will not be the same unless you bought a matched pair. It will be a trial and error, but you should be able to get them dialed in. Once they are where you like them for autocross, I suggest you never touch them again. The dampening becomes crazy at the far ends of the dial, so be careful if you are near one of the extremes.

i'd say for stock springs rebound setting around 1/2 way to firm would be fine as a starting point.

Just an update:

I installed the fronts and backs at about 3/4 toward the firmest end. For daily driving on Cleveland roads, this was too firm. I just dialed the fronts back about half a turn each, and the ride is much more liveable for daily driving. I will increase by the 1/2 turn for any autocrossing. Because the backs are not adjustable without taking them off the car, I will just have to live with them being a bit too firm for daily driving.
