Get some pure silicon spray. Perhaps at the hardware store. The last can I bought was made by a company called "Kel". Spray it on your rubber gaskets around all the doors, the hatch and hood. I spray my CV boot covers on my front wheel drive cars about once a year. Keeps the rubber pliable.
