Hi guys, i got a 08 HB with the following mods, weapon R intake mani, SRI K&N, OBX header ,Megasquirted
after i got a tune and installed the MS the car was running great, but after a 2 weeks, the car idle changed from 800rpm to 1200rpm, and it started throwing the following cell codes P0850 and P0507. can anyone help me to find out what are this codes for, because on http://www.engine-light-help.com/mazda-check-engine-light.html the codes arent listed, and im a little worried. because everytime u turn on the A/C the rpm goes back down to 800rpm but the car turns of mostly every time you stop with the A/C turned on.
Any help will be apreciated.

P0507 code is Idle Control System RPM Lower then Expected. I would first start off by looking for any vacuum leaks leading from ur AC comp to ur engine and any vacuum leaks anywhere.

And a P0850 im not familiar with this code bc the codes that i can view only go up to 0849. But any code 840+ has to do with the Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch A or B Circuit

P0850: Neutral Switch Input Circuit Problem.
I have both p0850 and p0507, as well as p2006. I'm dealing with the same RPM issues as [glow=red,2,300]Yotis[/glow]. Regarding p0850, the dealer told me the neutral safety switch itself was bad. I don't necessarily believe him because the switch seems to be doing its job. I think my next step is to remove the switch and check continuity. It could be the switch or it could be faulty wiring. If anyone has dealt with this issue, I'm dying to know what resolved it.
