I've seen this question come up a few times on other forums. It seems like the only options available are the OEM clutch. Exedy or other aftermarket manufacturers didn't release any since I'm sure they didn't expect consumers to go through a clutch that quick, but it's getting to about that time.

How many miles do you have on your Skyactiv? I have a 13' Mazda 3 6MT with only 28k on the clock, but a shop smoked my clutch.

 

It looks like Exedy might have come out with an aftermarket clutch, but it's not cheap:

I just got the used 2012 Mazda 3 Skyactiv 5DR with 50K miles. Right now i only drove about 600miles. It may be fine but I want to make it good condition.

 

They sell the Exedy clutch kit in autoparts warehouse for almost $300.
