Hello to everyone! I'm in the market for the MS3, but am wondering if it's worth going up to the Grand Touring or just sticking with the Sport? The reason I ask is, the only items on the G.T. I am curious about are the Bose Stereo and the LED rear lights. Can you tell me some pros and cons for each model, and why you think I should get one model or the other. Is the Bose System worth it? Thanks in advance!

Went through the same decision about 5 weeks ago....sport or GT. The purchase was budgeted to be paid-in full w/ check in hand.

I ended up getting the Sport and pocketing the $2500 I saved and diverted the saved money for my mod budget. IMO, $2500 wasn't enough to justify the extra luxuries of the GT. I've quickly spent about $1500 of that budget on a few parts (coilovers, camberlinks, OEM HID projectors, HIDs, gauges). If I opted for the GT, I would still be waiting for my MS3 to arrive and be driving a stock MS3 for about 3-5months *gasp*. Nonetheless, I am *very* happy w/ my decision.

I am with you. I was informed that the MS3 didn't have a moonroof due to the rigidity of the chasis. I don't think you were misinformed. I am sure you could add an aftermarket one, not sure if I would recommend going against the manufacturer's recommendations though.

Yeah I would be careful about breaking the manufacturer's warranty and the rigidity of the chasis, especailly on an after market moonroof. I wouldn't want that to happen to anyone. That would suck. What if it leaks, that is the worst.

Personally, i will not spend one penny more on a car if the performance spec is the same; that means GT and sport has same HP and TORQUE, that's enough for me. one penny more to spend is definately a waste for me. Plus bose, lether, taillight, HID etc are uselss for me, i just love the performance!
