It won't effect your navigation at all, but it will kill your FM reception unless you live in a major city that has tons of high powered stations. I bought mine and I took it off 1 week later. I still have it and it is brand new. If you're interested let me know, I'll save you a few bucks and ship it quicker then Enigma!

This is the antenna that I have http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8073401820 it has about 90% of the reception of stock and looks really good. It comes with 3 different sizes of mid masts, so you can vary the look and performance of the antenna. I love mine.

Noticable change in reception???? do you have navigation?

 

Install was a Uber simple.

 

I recently bought the CX-7 antenna for my car and it works great, there is no difference in reception at all as far as I can tell, plus it looks great.
