I dont think it could withstand the high temps the brakes reach. You would be better off using a dedicated caliper paint kit. I believe duplicolor makes one.

thats odd...i used normal color match paint on my calipers and it has yet to smoke or bubble(after 8 months of use...it still looks like i just painted them)...of course i applied 2 layers of etching primer, 2 layers of regular primer, 2-3layers of paint, and 2 layers of high temp clear coat...
