Bump. Well that's the best thing that he could go for. I think there would be no damage done since it will absorb it. Just some scratch at the bumper guard.
 
I can't stand bumper protectors. They are just plain ugly!! WHen i see one, I want to scratch it on purpose to show them it doesnt protect..lol.. :) bumpers are meant to be scratch. It's just the way of life(for cars)

Bumper Bully would actually be illegal to use on public street because it would cover your license plate (learned from parking ticket experience) and I agree with others that it doesn't look good. Bumper Guard.org doesn't work because guard would drag on floor and not protect your bumper. I have something called "4Bumpers" (www.4Bumpers.com). It works really well on both front and back bumpers, is plug and play after installing-so no handling required, and it looks good.
