I'm not sure what they are called, and after checking Mazda's own parts catalog cant find them. However, you could just use two small zip ties! Simply put one loose zip tie around the harness, and then thread another zip-tie through the loose zip-tie and pull it tight around the bolt thread that the other OEM clamp fits onto. Then tighten the zip-tie around the wiring harness. Boom! Secure clamp! Make sure too cut the zip-tie tails though!

 

I like this idea. They're brittle enough that even IF I can get them out, not sure if I want to put them back in again.

I use those as well. And keep plenty on hand for special projects. As well to replace bad OE ones .
Plus duct tape and bailing wire.

 

This is better than the ones that require a separate screw. I bought a bag of these a few years ago and they come in handy all the time.

Maybe not better just an alternative depending on what is easier to use without modifying something? I use all three and a few more myself . The good thing with using a fastener is you can use existing fasters and simply add the holding device . Whereas the one posted in the last response have more limitation to using them universally.
