Hello all, i purchased a new mazda 3 today it only has 50 thousand km on it. The only thing i noticed is when u press on the accelerator, you get a 1/2 second delay before it does what you really want it to do. My car is under warrenty. What could this be a problem of, and is there something i can do at home to check. Im no car pro so explanations are needed!
Thanks alot

That is the way our cars react. The throttle isn't cable driven, it is a Drive By Wire throttle. It's an electronic throttle body. Best "fix" for that is to ground your throttle body. Take a run of stereo ground wire and put your connectors on the end of it, and unscrew 1 bolt on the throttle body and connect it, screw it back in and put the other end of the ground wire on the negative battery terminal. It's not a sure-fire fix, because it varies from person to person as to whether or not it actually works. It worked for me, and my throttle lag is completely gone. Here is an extensive thread on this topic already in progress.

omg eff the sprint booster.
might work but for 300 dollars?
or wahtever ridiculous amount that is!?!
you can buy an intake or a used exhaust or header if that money.
or go with a condenser/voltage stabilizer that would be under 100 dollars

I was actually looking at the Buddy Club Racing Spec condenser. Is it really worth it? And is it safe to use?

well people on the forums said it was well worth it.
when i got in the buddy club was longg gone.
well for the group buy and stuff. it adds a lot better throttle reponse
i think some hp or torque smoother rpm and etc.
i have the emotion voltage condenser one its like the buddy club but different
brand i guess and i love it. works like a charm for me.
mine was like 70 dollars i think? or 60 dollars i forgot it was a gb price though.
iono paying 300 dollars isnt worth it to me for something that just makes throttle response faster
