i have a 2004 unit with info button and auto climate control. can i just install the 2006 display without changing the radio and still have all the acc control radio and trip computer work?

Hello guys i have a 2004 model and did this mod, it works perfectly! you can now replace your radio with and aftermarket one without loosing climate status. But if you want to be able to cycle trhough trip computer settings and setting the clock you either have to put a 2006-2009 headunit , set the settings and without removing power from the vehicle just remove the headunit and put your own unit. I idid this mod in combination with eonon d5151z and works like a charm, i have access to trip computer and clock.

Yes this is why its blank. I have the climate version and works fine.
