Not to sound negative, but there are SOOOO many factors to premium costs.

State (At-fault, or no-fault)
Age
Deductible
Coverage Requirements (per state)
Discounts (including multiple vehicle, home/multi-plan)
Driving Record (tickets, accidents, ect)

The question itself is basically moot, as it can vary 50% - 200% from one person to the next, based on factors.

I am glad I am not in Michigan
Get this
My friend has a 2005 hatch
36 yrs old
no accidents
no tickets
BUT in michigan your CREDIT SCORE is also used for insurance rates (wth?) I have never heard of that before. She has never ever missed an insurance payment but she had one of her store accounts set up to take so much out each month. Well they screwed up and took too an extra payment when she didnt have the funds to cover it. Another words not her fault but for some reason it still got put on her credit score and because of that she went from paying 150 to now paying 250/month!!! This has nothing to do with her car insurance but for some reason it affects how much they can charge you.
And that is the lowest she has found...she went to several independent insurance places to look around for her and cause of that credit score that is lowest they can get her.

im 20 w/ 1 speeding ticket... 175 per month full coverage
