Okay, I lowered my M3, put new rotors and RX8s on.

I had to take it into the shop for new struts, lower arm brushing and some rubber part. Luckily Mazda didn't charge me for the new parts.

I wouldn't think it would be caused from the modifications.

I'm kinda of a novice. I anyone know if this will continue, let me know.

If mazda changed them under warranty, it's not a problem due to your wheels. They were probably due anyways.

wow. they didnt charge you for struts when you have lowering springs on? you were lucky.
