9. one step colder plugs
10. cobb sri
11. cobb access port, talking to cobb right now about a map for me

I'm gonna baby her intil about 1500 miles then test what shes got. I want to push no one then 18psi. So, with these mods and the motor getting rebuilt, do you think I could handle 400whp safely? Thanks for your comments

Use a real dp, not saying TxS is junk but there are better DPs and FMIC's. You may also wanna think about meth also. Also you need to be pushing more than 18psi to get into the 400 hp area. Were barely braking 300whp with a fully bolted car. Also dont forget an exhaust mani.

If you're spending that much money to get all that stuff done...why on earth would you cheap out and get a "tune" from Cobb...Man up and get the CP-E and either tune it yourself or take it somewhere professional.

why do you think a tune from cobb would be any different then tuning with a standback? he said he was talking with them so it would be a custom tune, not one of the OTS maps. For $175 you can e-tune with cobb and get a custom map for your vehicle.

its your money do what you want, but i personally would go with one brand name for most of those parts. for compatability and for quality go for cp-e or even cobb....

you may not know but only fully cp-e bolted/tuned, big turbo, built block mazdaspeed 3's are pushing over 400whp right now safely....i dont think ive seen any fully cobb'd ms3's pushing over 400whp yet but im sure they are coming or exist

again do what you want with your money, but i would go with 1 company for all those parts and pick a quality company....otherwise you may hit your 400whp mark but i wouldnt say it would be completely reliable....

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cqOfyfo2yL0#hq I basically want what this guy has under his hood. I know he has the turbo i'm gettin, but i for some odd reason thing, theres something missing. I've also decided to go with the cobb fmic, Actually what fmic would you'll get? B/c I heard atp for fmic is crap.

That wasn't 400hp,they clamped the maf to make it look like 400 hp.All the customer wanted was a 400hp car and thats what they gave him.

How is a dyno run with the hood open going to help that car out, i just don't see it , the ducting for the TMIC or FMIC wasn't designed to run open hood, nice run but see a flaw...

if you want 400hp safely, duplicate crazyitalians setup... cp-e all the way baby!

i may be a little biased, but as soon as the cp-e's dyno is up and running cp-e will have a couple 400+hp cars...

The fmic wasnt designed to use the ducting and have the hood open helps hot air escape faster

You could of just bought the Speed 3 that's in the video. It's was, or still is for sale. Built and cheap. I say do what killa recommends if you do it.
