So i had my car for about 3 years with only the springs changed from factory to the intrax ones. and now the roads feel really really bumpy.

What do i have to change to dampen the shocks. -.-

Yeah, I'd say it's time new struts/shocks. You have several options depending on your budget and what you're looking for.

so your saying all i have to change are the struts?
Performance doesn't really matter to me as long as the roads dont feel bumpy anymore. plus i want it to last for a long time so i dont have to keep changing it.
i saw some Mazdaspeed vs. Koni FSD threads... dunno which one is cheaper... =/

Yes, if you've been lowered for 3 years your struts/shocks have probably seen better days and need replacing. This is an educated guess based off of what you're describing.

When you lower, you compress the struts/shocks so you immediately decrease their life and they may need replacing more often then if you were at stock height.

I recommend reading reviews and decided what's best for your based off of your budget, drop etc.
