I don't know what that is (maybe a close up pic would help) but I always thought the ambient temp sensor was inside and behind the front bumper.

its the hood sensor, tells the car if the hood is open or not. if you look down into the hood latch you can see the sensor down in there. ever notice if you have the drivers front window open and the car is locked. if u try to reach in and pull the hood release the car alarm goes off, maybe only applicable on GT models.

The GT model comes with a car alarm standard?

Thanks for the reply's guys, I just decided to install my hella's on the car's crash bar (I.E. Ally's car)



My car doesn't have an alarm and I don't think there's another sensor if I checked in front of the radiator. When I took off the bumper the only wires I had to disconnect were the fog lights.
