i just got it yesterday - its a GT and i paid $23,850, did i do ok on the price. i bought it from the first delership i went to but i dealt with the internet/fleet salesman so it was $700 under the msrp. the reason i pulled the trigger on it so quickly is because my '02 GTI with ton of modifications done to it has been running with the engine light on for about 6 months and i was gonna get dinged for a smog check coming up in about 6 more months when the reg expires and there is no way it would have passed with the down pipe and race cat on it. . i only had 35,500 miles on it but it was gonna need a brake job and maybee a new clutch soon. the salesman saw the cel after the deal was done and i said with my poker face - it just come on, it wasn't on earlier, hmmmmm.... they gave me $8500 for it and the high on the blue book was $11,800. this one is staying stock, im done modifying things. anyways you guys probably have seen a ton of silver GT's but here it is......i reckon ill be a fixture in this forum now.....

i gotta get it tight to the truck in order to get the cadillac in and out of the garage, that aint even the closest i can get. i drive a budweiser truck for a living and i get that thing into some very tight spots.

nope its staying stock, if my gti was stock i would have kept it. i really didn't get my monies worth with only putting 35000 miles on it.

I am afraid Jflash is right. Your stock ride is doomed. I said the same thing you did three weeks ago when I brought mine home. Congrats on getting it!

Looks good congratulations. I like the color you've chosen. I'm not sure how you post large pics but I'm sure someone will respond.

Edit : Make sure when you post a larger pic that you black out your license plate number. Either put a piece of cardboard in the way or use paintshop or something to do it for you.

I never even made that claim..... my car was getting modified as soon as I looked at it.

Your car is not staying stock. You're a car guy who modified his last ride, and you're on car forums talking about it already and you haven't had it a day yet. It might take you a while, but I see at least some mods in your future.
