Hey i jsut bought a new 2007 Mazda 3 GS and I wanted to install an HID converstion kit on my car but have no clue who to buy from. There are a couple of people selling these kits on ebay but i dunno if i should trust them. So need help in find some that are good and less than $200 is thats possible

There's a lot of stores on this board selling HID. Whatever you decide, I advise that you buy from a sponsor.
