I want to install aftermaket shift knob(AT)for my 3s. But i do not know which one and where to get it?Any pix?

The AT shifter thread size if M8x1.25.

It's the same size as pretty much every other ATX Mazda on sale at the moment. There are plenty out there, but I personally like the CF knob Mazda offers for the MX-5 that fits the Mazda3:
