I pick up my Mazda 3 Sport this coming Saturday (24th Jan). Winning Blue with Sunroof. Seen it today when I dropped off my insurance documents at the dealer.

For any UK owners (or owners-to-be) who may be interested, the Mazda Rotary Club are organising an event at Shakespeare County Raceway, Stratford over the final weekend in May, and the Sunday is a RWYB day set aside purely for Mazdas (and not only rotaries). Thought this might be an ideal chance for the first UK Mazda3 owners meet. Any takers? Details are at

I'll also be at the Japanese Auto Extravaganza (Billing Aquadrome) at the end of July, Japfest (Castle Combe) on the 22nd May, and probably one or both of the Japanese Performance shows at Santa Pod in June/Oct.

i just picked up my 1.6Ts2 in titanium grey today...

fine car, though we also have a vw150PD TDI which makes up for the more power urges... suprisingly the 1.6 is pretty nippy and sounds good... lovely ride and handling, sporty but gives loads of useful feedback and is very controlled.

are there any mazda3 forums in the UK?
