just wondering if there was a way to tap into the trunk light wires. i was thinking if there was a way to do this so i could add more LEDs to the trunk but also only turning on when the trunk is open and turning off when the trunk is off.

how do you attatch wires to it then?
This connector is the same size as the base of your 194 trunk bulb. There are two holes at the bottom of the connect for you to stick two wires out (much like how a 194 bulb looks like). On the other end of the two wires, you can connect your LEDs to them.
getting to the wires for the trunk light in a sedan is a PITA...
i think you have to remove the rear seats then take some other things off to get to the wires which are inaccessible from inside the trunk itself.
