Any preferences for performance reasons?

17"x7.5 or 17" x18
or
18" x 7.5 or 18"x8

With pro-kit drop. > tires flush with body.

who cares? how much racing do you actually do?

as for fitment....a 7.5" would be most ideal

i'd stick with the 17's performance tires are cheaper, and the profile of the tire is thick enough to absorb some of the harshness that will come with the lowering.

a lowered 3 on 17's is the best look and the best performance. IMO

the only performance you'll want is from the tires, wheel weight is irrelavant if you havent got sticky tires, to some extent.

Offset will determine if the wheels are at the fenders of not, from my own experience, 17/18 x 7.5 @ +40 with some 215s will be limit for rubbing and pretty flush with fenders.

You all have some nice rims...well its not that I do racing, none at all in fact but just looking for the visual asthetics, attaining some flushness<word?
while not sacrificing overall performance-nice to do any modifications
the right way for the individual driver.

17"x's 7.5 sounds like what you all are saying.(215s) So I will consider. seriously.

Thanks fellas...18's are nice but with the drop and the City sts
in SF I dont think it'll a pleasant ride.
