Either size fits. I have a set of Racing Harts off an 2003 MSP, they're the same size. I currently have 205/50 on them and I'm going to switch them this summer. 225's are a bit wider than ideal for 7" rims, but it is doable.
For tires, you can also look at something like the Goodyear GS-D3. It's a bit more than the Z1 * Specs, but last I heard were the tires to have in the rain. They also have a bit better wear rating.
