Tire warrenty

This may be a dumb question, but is there a warrenty on the tires? One of mine popped (unrepairable) so I need a new one. 16" Toyo 205/55-16. Will the dealer replace these for free or a reduced price? It sounds like a bad idea to replace them for free, but I don't know. Or should I just go to a tire shop and buy them. Which would be cheaper? Anyone have experience with this?
