Things to be checked ?

I know that lot of people has little problems ( first year car). What should i ask to be checked on my car on the first check-up. I have my right front door wich is driving me creazy (ratle). But any of you have to change or modify anything on your car. EX brake,alignment,check engine,rattle....

If you haven't had this done already, see if you can have the latest firmware version flashed to your car's ECU. I told my dad to have the service techs do that for him before he picked up his car, but they gave him a lame excuse saying that they couldn't do that until a CEL came up. I have a feeling that they didn't even do a Pre-Delivery Inspection on the vehicle.
