I went to my Mazda dealer on Saturday expecting to look at a Titanium Gray HB. I had looked at all the colors on the web site and the thought of an orange car turned me off. When I got to the dealer and saw the Lava orange, I was in love. It really isn't orange at all, it looks more like a copper or bronze color and you have to see it in person to appreciate it.

I don't have any pics, but it is stock for now so there are plenty of pics posted. It has black leather, sunroof, cd changer, and the AT which is fun to play with. The car only has 148 miles so I have not really tried the manual mode that much.

EDIT: Thread title

Lava Orange just doesn't show up on pictures very well. How it looks depends heavily on light. On overcast days, or dawn/dusk, it looks almost copper. On bright shiny days, it looks a reddish-orange color.

I like mine.

Yeah, the orange really isn't orange. It's one of those colors that changes with the weather, very sweet color. Congrats on your car!
