Today I went to the Dealership because my car overheats everytime i go over 3k RPM, I already know its probably a blown headgasket because there are oil inside the radiator
After i park my car there, i got off and went to look for the service manager, then after 15 minutes, my car got KEYED, inside the dealership!!!! i saw the camera on top the building so i went inside and tell them what happen and want to look at the tape, but the service manager there was so unpolite, and told me the camera is not working!!! He didn't want to help me at all and all i want was just to see who did it, i never said the mazda workers did anything. what he said that's so ridiculous was "If you're not satisfied with our service, you can go to another dealer, I'm sorry" in a very very bad attitude.
My car is still under warranty, it's barely 2 years old, only had 25k miles on it but after they check my car, ,they didn't want to fix it because I have a AFTERMARKET HID HEADLIGHTS and TURBOTIMER, it's just all BULLSHIT because what does HID and TurboTimer has to do with overheating? The guy told me to take out everything and just go to another dealership, it's crazy because they just don't want to do it, want to send me to other dealership, they don't want to take responsible for anything, and they still want to charge me $89 for checking my car!!!!
It's the worst experience, worst nightmare ever!!! From now on, I'll never buy a mazda, suggest my friend buy a mazda again
The Dealership is call ALHAMBRA MAZDA, at Los Angeles, CA, the guy a spoke with was RICKY, it's the worst dealership ever!!! When i first bought my car, the alarm broke after 2 months, they don't want to fix it, 4 months later, my car gets circles on the paint even i paid $700 for that paint protection shit, now i blow my headgasket, they still don't fix it because of my HID, all i can say is, WARRANTY means NOTHING, nobody want to take responsible for ANYTHING!!!
I'm so frustrated now and don't know what i should do =(

Yeah, the best thing you can do is never go there again, and tell others to do the same.

Stealerships make most of their money off of repair work, as they're either getting a reasonable rate from Mazda for warranty work, or a ludicrous rate from you. Selling cars is almost just a way of keeping people repairing their cars there, as people usually go to their dealership.

Take your money elsewhere.
