hey does anybody know how to pop out those things to the left of the steering wheel that hold switches and dimmers and oem hid's? there is probably a thread somewhere on here but i dont know what they are called. i need to run a switch to their... also if anybody knows, how would i go about running wire from there to the engine bay? thanks.

2 screws hold the bottom valance in place 1 behind the hood popper and 1 under the thing on the right to get to the one behind the hood popper put flat head screwdriver in the top center to pop it out and then ull see the screw. rest is clips just pull it off. then u can easily access the switches : )

yea i was doing some research and realized i didnt specify lol. i have manual. also i found some things that say i could go in where the hood release mechanism goes through to the engine. would that work? i dont really want to go through the glovebox, thats too much work and its on the opposite side i need it on.

pretty much 3 options well 4 if ya wanna do it ghetto style and run it through the fender and into the cab. 1. drill a hole somewhere and fish it through make sure to use a gronmet and also paint over where u drill to prevent rust. 2. try to fish it through the hood release area. or 3. behind the glovebox is a ginormous gronmet that you could run the wire through. all up to u the glovebx 1 will just need a little more effort to hide all the wire.
