Stock Xenon HID replacement

Since you have OEM HID's you can just replace the D2S bulbs, just be aware that you'll have less usable light at a higher K. A conversion kit is for upgrading from halogens.

You need D2S bulbs in 5000K, 6000K or 8000K.

Why only 5, 6, or 8k? I want 17000k for Violet. Not compatible?

never mind i did some more research. i get less lumens the higher the kelvin.

Exactly. 17 000K would mean that you basically wouldn't see anything ...It would be real blue though but not really safe.
