Hi everyone!
Couple weeks ago I noticed that while accelerating at around 2,5 - 3k rpm there is a squeaking noise coming (imo from the engine). ITs somewhat like a wedge belt noise, but it only appears when accelerating. When the car is not moving or above 3k rpms noise disappears. THe car is 2007 MAzda 3 2.0 5speed manual with 19k on it and my question is: Have anyone here experienced the noise like this in his/her mazda 3? I think the noise started to appear right after the cold temperatures, we had in Chicago -20 F. Should I wait until it gets louder, to go to the dealer, since they just might say "We don't hear anything". Its not loud, but if the radio is turned off I can clearly hear it
Any ideas?
