Spotted black sedan on the way to work, off washington: looked like at least a fin and blackout tails
pulled up very briefly next to him at a stop light

spotted: black speed going down studemont/montrose
all I noticed was an aftermarket exhaust

and i'm always by willowbrook mall also..... my job is at 249 and the beltway and i live off of 290...... if anyone has seen me, i have black wheels with red stripe on it.......




and i spotted one yesterday.. a metro gray at HEB @ Bunker Hill off of i-10, you pulled into the parking lot right before me.
