afaik only the cover/bolster materialis different.
the seats both have all the same features and form/shape as the other.
sport is all cloth, GT is partial leather and cloth
sorry I dont have pictures, but not sure what difference you will find
Thanks you helped me understand better. But i was looking to see the difference as far as looks.
not the best pictures, but without much effort, this is what I found

GT seats

sport seats

the difference when looking at the sport seat pic is that the dark cloth is replaced by leather on the GT. the center (light grey part) remains cloth to help keep you stationary in the seat while cornering and thankfully it works very well compared to a 100% leather seat, but the sport seats may hold you in place a tad better, but never having sat in one I cant speak from experience.

Here are some more pics...

Sport (color is bad in this pic, but I have seen other pics where the seats looks better)

GT

I am with cosmic, I prefer cloth b/c it tends to hold you in place. The engineers made a good decision not to make the entire seat leater in GT.

u guys dont have it yet..but i'd do anything (but spend $4k) or more on a factory pearl white paint paint job
Thanks everyone. The Cloth looks alittle bit cheaper. IMHO the GT seats look better. Now the only question is if its worth the extra money  I dont care about the rain sensing wipers or the leds, BUt the seats and the xenons and bose? Tough decision
haha i have to say the GT version was definately worth it despite the windshield wipers haha
the seats and the bose are just awesome
i lucked out since i was supposed to get the ms3 in a month and the blue i didnt want, but then someone took their name off a black GT and i took that, and damn am i glad i took that one its not even a 1500 more and if you went for aftermarket parts it could be worth more than 2x as much

For the extra stuff you're getting IMO it's worth it if you're getting it at MSRP and nothing more. I didn't care for any of the extra stuff so the sport fitted me perfectly, but if I wanted NAV or the xenons, I'd have gone with the GT. The sport seats in the first pics are very close to the actual look. The second pic, while bigger, isn't a good representation. Coming from a car with full leather seats, I was suprised at how comfy the cloth seats were. If the seats are really a big deal to you, I'd recommend visiting a Mazdaspeed dealer and trying them out for yourself.
