The speaker in the front passenger door randomly works. When it starts to work, I hear a crackling sound (like its blown) and then it starts working for the rest of the day. Then when I go in the next day and and turn on my radio, it doesn't work. Is it possible that the cone is frozen? I have never had a blown speaker work, then not work? This is blowing my mind, any Ideas.

This sounds like a wiring problem. Like said above, it could be the connector. It could also trace as far back as the head unit itself. I would pop the door panel and check that connector first, and then if that doesn't work for you, pull the head unit and check there.

I have less than a month left on the factory warranty, so I am just going to drop it off there and see whats up. I am hoping that its only a bad connection on the speaker and not a whole wiring issue. Either way its covered for free!! When I find out what was wrong, I will let everyone know. Thanx for the advice!

That's where it's at then. Use that warranty for all it's worth.
