if i have a sirius capable radio with the sat. button and what not already on it cause i have the GT touring MSP3 do i have to do anything else to get it turned on to use sat. radio????????????

It just says that its compatible, which means that you still need to buy the sirus radio and have it installed in the car. Now if its already installed in the dash then all you have to do is call sirus and they will help you activate it. The SAT button is just there until its installed as well.

sirius capable just means the stereo has the buttons and such to control the sat receiver. You still have to install the receiver and antenna.

If you hit the Satellite button and it brings the ESN # up or comes up on Channel 184 it has the Sirius tuner in is. Better yet if it has the Antenna on the roof it is ready.
If not you will have to buy the receiver and the install kit for around $250 and either install it yourself or have Mazda install it.
Here is the Aftermarket antenna, although I do have the Factory unit in now

Two things. First make sure you have the right module for him as there's a newer one for '08.5+ models. Second you need 50 posts and 24 hours of forum time to sell an item.
