Picked up my 2004 Silver Mazda3 Sport Sedan with 34 miles on it, including my test drive (about 10 miles) on Dec 22. I love it. I am upgrading, in everything, from a 2001 Nissan Sentra SE.
The options I did not get on my Mazda3 were the leather (no heated seats, you gotta be kidding me), and the navigation (I heard sucked anyway). All of the options I did get are listed in my signature. I was going to get the MP3 player installed because the salesman said that it would be in addition to, not replace, the 6 Disc CD changer (filthy liar :x ). I have still not seen pictures of the MP3 player so I would definately like to find out for myself, but I have heard more people say it will replace the CD player rather than accompany it.
I would say the Mazda3 is the best car in its class. Get one if you are looking for a compact car with a lot of perks for a lot less than a Saab 9-3.
