I bought this kit from DaBears2k

It is the "ExPower Japanese kit"
It didn't come with the "upgraded wiring harness"....... should I order one?

It looks like a nice kit (came in today) but the installation instructions are complete crap. Typical imported garbage instruction manual. Anybody done a write up on this particular kit?

Thanks
Donald

It should be exactly the same as every other HID install. If its 35W, you dont need a battery harness. I also recommend taking out the headlights and mounting the ballasts on the bottom of the headlight with some double sided indoor/outdoor tape.

Honestly, its really simple. If you have any questions, just post them back up in this thread and I'll try to answer them as quickly as I can.

I also have these and just installed them last week. Good stuff.

From the dabears2k website:

The ExPower HID Conversion kits utilize cutting edge HID components made with superior Japanese craftsmanship and quality. These kits are made with superior components as compared to Chinese kits, so there is no need for wiring harnesses. Bulbs are tested on a spectrometer to ensure that they match every time, all the time.
No need for the relay harness. Enjoy!
