I'm having a hell of a time finding RX-8 rims that aren't all rashed up and need refinishing AND cost less than a million bucks for the set. Most aren't even including TPMS. That said, I understand 8 wheels are in hot demand by 3 owners and is making the price a little nuts. My question:

Would I be better off trying to get Speed 3 wheels (with summer rubber and tpms) now and wait it out for Rx-8 rims? Bonus question, if I did go with the speed 3 rims/ how do you think they'd look?

It is all personal and cashflow. I don't like the look of the MS3 wheels (too busy) but I also don't like the RX-8 wheels either :lol:

Remember it is whether you think they look good... it is your car, do what you want.

You drive a hatch so they'd look exactly like they do on a Speed. I really like sedans with MS3 wheels but I don't think I've ever seen a hatch running them.
