Would the Motegi DP5 17x7 fit on the Mazda3? According to there website they will, but I don't really trust there application guide. This is what the specs on the rims from Treadepot are:
DP5 17-7 5:114 42ET SILVER
So I'm not sure if they would fit on the M3,If not what size rims and lug nut set up would work for the M3. Also what would be a good tire size for them? Any help would be greatly appreciated! 8)

EDIT: Added rim spec to title

If I read that correctly, the off-set is 42mm on this rim, that's about 11mm less than stock. Add in 1/2 inch on each side, that means the outter edge of the rim is 23.7mm further out than stock. I don't really see a problem if you go with 215/50/17 tires. I would have liked a bit higher off-set, maybe 48mm.

Maybe they can test-fit the rim + tire on your car.

Well how would the 18" one fit then? It looks like there off set is 45mm.

So would they be better than the 17's? And what would be a good tire size if I was to get the 18's? How would the 17's and 18's affect the turning and performance of the car? And 5x114 is the right pattern, right? Thanks.
