hi, 2007 speed3... 145k and still going strong. Way overdue for new struts. i plan to buy Koni yellows from tire rack and have them installed by a local garage. the mechanic said i might want to bring endlinks with me too, as for some cars they need to be disassembled during the strut install. we wasn't sure about the speed.

is this true on my car? i'd rather not buy the endlinks if i can avoid it.

+1 on the moog links. Good price too

Can't quote op for some reason but you MIGHT be out 150 if you get moogs and some powerflex urethane bushes.

Never heard of endlinks needing to be replaced with struts though, but you have a 2007 so it doesn't hurt, like Nuse said it's a good idea because they're old. Pretty easy job to do yourself and save on mechanic's fees too.

Not to jack the thread but..I've got an 09 w/152k on it. I've got mazda links and bar bushings waiting to be installed - car is clunking over bumps. New FSDs were installed last year on stock springs..

Just wondering if you've timing chain, VVT, etc?

Thanks!
Not to thread jack but.....
