I'm talking about the black plastic trim around the windows on the outside. I was told they're held on with adhesive like the door moldings and its just body color underneath, so I'm curious about what the car looks like with the trim removed. Has anyone done this?

I might try one door myself when it warms up, just to see what it looks like, and if its not good just stick the trim back on with silicone.

As info, I wasn't trying to be an ass so I hope it didn't come across that way, I know searching can be tricky at times.

Personally, I would never remove the trim, sedan or hatch. IMO, it makes it look like a base model.
