Check with one of our Sponsors Debears2k - he listed many color Angel eyes not too long ago, he might have a set you could buy, high quality product.

Btw, keep in mind that these are 100% illegal to drive with. Theres someone that lives around here that has a set on their charger and its very confusing at first when its kinda dusky and the eyes are on but no other lights. looks like theyre going backwards lol

This, and many places also prohibit red or blue lights visible from the exterior of the car. IIRC, the DOT here in WI states that white and yellow can be used on the front, yellow or green on the sides (as clearance/signal lights) or red ONLY if used as a rear side indicator, and red/amber or yellow on the back (white only if going in reverse). Applies to reflector colors as well.

Other than that, I think it looks pretty cool if done right and it matches well with the rest of the car.

I'm sure you could find them on eBay, but I wouldn't comment on the quality of them. Honestly, I'd just get the regular white colored ones. If you start putting colored angel eyes into your headlights, you run into issues with the law, as stated above. Blues and reds in the front of a vehicle are no-no's! I know that Tekwatch has blue ones in his headlights, but his car is a show car, and he has them wired up to a switch so that they are totally controllable by him.
