well in any VTA setting the injectors usually feed a lil more fuel after the BOV actuates so we all deal with a lil rich spike at that moment. At the very least you would be able to get ride of that and mabey save some gunky injectors or some wear on your cat. You would need to do a fair ammount of retuning though and it's not like you would get power gain out of it. Cool to try but I don't know if it would be worth it.
