Hey just got the recall today from Mazda in the mail.
Recall# 4407B
Pretty sweet deal. Fill out a form take to dealer with 2 front mats.
Dealer will ship you 2 new re-designed all weather mats (4 to 6 weeks) PLUS a FULL SET of regular Carpeted Mazda floor mats !!!!

Cool! I love free stuff!

I'll check the mail tonight!

I have the all weather mats and still use them as I haven't had the problems but hey free stuff is still cool. I just make sure they never slip towards the pedals too much.

Interesting news, I cut my drivers mat after getting the pedal stuck more than once, but would love an uncut version!

I don't own these floor mats however I got my recall notice in the mail. They have to send it to all owners whether they have it or not.

I have mats that i had in my 2004 and i transfered them
THe driver one is beat to crap
And they are dirty

Hopefully i can trade them in and get a new set...
And a free set of carpeted one!!!

[/quote]Your problem will be that to get the new mats, you must turn in your old ones. So you won't be getting anything, unless if you can locate a set of mazda all weather rubber mats to turn in (just need the 2 front ones).

theyre made out of ALL rubber and they have "mazda 3" on them not "mazdaspeed 3"

cool. just got home & the recall notice was in the mail. i've had no problems w/ the all-weather mats, but i'm going to return them anyway for the re-designed ones.

oh, and the new full set of carpeted mats :cheers:

Ah, Ok. That's what I thought. My mats say MazdaSpeed on them and there is just that small part of rubber. I saw the rubber part and wasn't sure if maybe I had the all-weathers for free.

Finally got my mail also

Now i can trade in those 3 year old weather mats!!!!

It said 4-6 weeks for delivery?

I was kinda hoping that mine were included and that the new stitching would be in red like the stitching on the seat. I guess I'm stuck with the white mazdaspeed logo instead

I'm not even sure we even get this recall, so far no canadian member has posted that he received this recall letter. Would be cool to receive an extra set of red stitched mazdaspeed mats.
