I was thinking about debadging the back of my car. Here are some quick photoshop pics of what it would look like. What does everyone think?

PS- I realize my photoshop skills aren't what they once were. :wink:

I voted for "Badge" simply because the back end looked to bland. Now, had you left the Mazda symbol on the tail and only removed the "Mazda 3" emblem, I think that would look nice.

I find the car with it's badges just perfect. Not to much and enough to not make the back kinda dull looking.

I like the sleek look. Without the badges, and with a badgeless grill, noone would know wth your driving.

I used to get compliments on my Jetta looking like an Audi. Retards... still had the BIG ass VW emblem in the back.

Either or looks nice. I don't like it though with any badges at all. I would definitely leave the "Mazda emblem" on, otherwise it would look too bland.

I do agree by saying the mazda symbol is a little big i was thinking about debadging my 3 too but u see its velocity red and the crome doesnt really go with it, but i have been lookin into it but the mazda symbol has two holes where its at, and "so the say" that the mazda has two also and the 3 doesnt. OK i believe the mazda symbol does but the mazda lettering and the 3 is just that thick foam. Well i thought about it and wanted to but thats whats holding me back damn holes. :x anybody care to say different be my guest i want to know more about it.

This is what happens when your dealer surprises you and tells you that you're getting your 3 sooner than you had expected...(not enough sleep...over excitement)...and you have to go to work the next day because you have an important meeting!

Yeah, I'd definately leave all the badges... I think it looks way to bland, or incomplete without one or the other, or both.

I also think the mazda badge is way too big, i think it'll look pretty good without it, but it looks incomplete without the Mazda3 on it.

i just wanna get rid of the mazda symbol
has anyone done this? just wanted to know if it ws just glued and could be removed easily (blowdryer + dental floss), or if its held by screws.

The rear badge is something i would never change. It adds so much style. I like its oversized chrome presence. Its like "BAM I GOT A MAZDA 3 AND YOU WANT ONE"
