I bought a mazda 3 2006. So far iv replaced the entire front suspension, the rear shock absorbers, both front bearings, both front sway bar links, Both front Control arms and ball joints and the E break cable.

I went and took the car in for a saftey and the mechanic told me that I need to replace the rear trailing arm bushings. and that is all I need. He quoted me at 400-500$. 50$ for each part. Since I dont like getting soaked for my money, I told him i would do the work. - Mazda sold me ' Upgraded ' bushings for a total of about 70$ canadian. I was wondering how Should I take these out and put them back in? Aswell, I seen alot of talk about how that there is a specific way to do them. I need your advice if you've done these before? also what eles should I do to my car since I have done all that work on it, I think it definitely needs an alignment.
