Is there any way to get the stock exhaust (cat back) out in one piece,
I dont see how its going to snake threw the rear suspension enough to get out? or am I just going to have to cut it?

Drop the rear suspension.

Thats what I thought, oh well. Its already cut out and replaced with a MagnaFlow set up
