I installed my shark fin yesterday morning, followed all the steps everyhting went perfect .

today i took my car to the car wash, once it was done washing the car i came home and more than half of the paint from the shark fin fell off , hmmm

anyone else have this problem?

somone from this forum gave me a site and everyone said it was good
no one else had a problem and it looked like a top of the line site.

Thats where I got mine, and after 2 years it hardly has a scratch. paint is pristine. You need to take pictures and talk to the manufacturer... thats a little ridiculous.

If you bought it from sharkfinantenna.com im sure it was just a flaw. My bet is that they replace it for free...

^ if you live in an apartment and theres no other way, or if its below freezing outside and you just want to get the sand/salt off... then yea, people still go to auto car washes. It could've been touchless.. but I dont think those sprayers have the kind of power to rip paint off.
