Thanks...the car was filthy from the drive (lots of bugs) but it was a great day on the coast. I think that tint makes my car faster!! 8)

Beautiful GS!!

Looks like you got the sport package with the big rims and trim. Very sexy. I was wondering why you didn't go with the same tint value all around ?

Cheers

P.S. I'm picking up my GS model on Wednesday and I'm looking for a deal on tints? Any advice?

Yep, got all packages except the Nav...I still can't get enough of this car! 8) Reason why I changed the tint in the front was because in California you're not supposed to have ANY tint on the front windows. If I did 20% all around I'm sure to get popped by the fuzz. And I like the look now too, makes it look more elegant I think.

My tint is 3M and would've been $240 for all the windows retail. But my buddy runs the tint shop so I got a deal. 3M's got a great warranty and their guaranteed not to bubble.

Nope...technically you are supposed to have no tint on the front in CA
I'm not so sure this is true. I lived in Orange County for 3 years. I had my 94 Accord tinted at a shop there all around. It wasn't like 20% all around or anything though. Probably closer to 35%.

Nice Tints. I love your Titanium Grey Mazda 3s Sedan :D

In California, it is illegal to have any of your front windows tinted. But it goes along the same lines of of NOT having a front license plate mounted (which is also illegal in California).

The cop has to be looking hard just to stop you for that, or really bored and feeling ticket happy, or pissed off, or just wanting to dump maxium charges on you ontop of whatever s/he stopped you for.

Personally, IMHO California has some of the most anal retentive traffic and car laws.

word...we just have a bunch of wackos up in Sacramento making all kinds of laws with no regards as to why. And many people have tint on the front windows and no license plate on the front bumper. It's all just luck of the draw as to whether or not you get popped.

So I'll knock on wood and keep rolling! 8)

Very nice pics, especially with the scenery, I wish I had something liek that around here :(

I've got pretty much the same thing and just washed it and took some pics after taking it on a little road trip (500 miles) and splattering bugs all over it. Those damn things sound like rain coming down when you are going 80-100. Took some pics after cleaning it up and figured I'd post them here instead of making yet another pic thread of the same car :)
