I've been browsing this form for around 2 weeks, just after getting a Mazda3s sedan, manual w/out any package. Paid approx 15,500 (before taxes and all the other inflated misc. charges).
I have to say that this forum has kept me well informed. There are many knowledgeable owners out there that have answered several questions/concerns about this car.
Bottom line is:
This has to be one of the best car values to come out in the past several years. I'm impressed with the quality build, performance, engine specs, handling, and HANDLING, which comes wrapped in a very nice looking package.
I find it hard to believe that anyone would consider a competitor's comparable choice. I tested the Sentra SE-R, Corolla, and a Honda EX before purchasing. Neither of these drive and perform like the M3.
...that is my short, fragmented 2 cents.
